Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

FREE Standard 3 Day shipping is automatically applied during checkout on all orders. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. UPS is our standard carrier for shipping.

*Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days depending on the below deadlines:
‐ Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM EST to start processing on next day
‐ 2 Day and Next Day orders must be placed by 1PM EST to start processing the same day. Orders received after 1PM EST or on Saturday and Sunday are processed the next business day
‐ During peak holiday and promotional periods order processing times may be longer

UPS Delivery Days

For standard 3 Day shipping, 2 Day and Next Day shipping, UPS will deliver your package between Monday – Friday. Please note for 2 Day and Next Day shipping methods, UPS will not deliver packages on Saturday and Sunday.

Gift Cards

Physical gift cards are shipped along with jewelry and follows the same processing times and delivery times mentioned above. E-Gift cards are usually sent over email to the gift recipient on the same day if the order is placed during business days.

Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped using UPS. Shipments to Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS (Priority), 2 Day and 1 Day shipping services in 7 – 14 business days.

We do not ship to PO Boxes; however, the Bill to address can be a PO Box.

APO/FPO Military Addresses

All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Packages do not ship from our distribution center on the following holidays in 2017:
• January 1: New Year’s Day
• May 29: Memorial Day
• April 16: Easter Sunday
• July 4: Independence Day
• September 4: Labor Day
• November 23: Thanksgiving Day
• December 24: Christmas Eve Day
• December 25: Christmas Day

2. How do I track my order?

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment email confirmation with a tracking number. To track an order on the website, visit the Order Status page and enter your order number, email address and billing zip code. Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.

3. Where do you deliver?

The PANDORA eSTORE US ( currently ships to addresses only within United States including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
Unfortunately we do not deliver to the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and Palau.
