1. What is your returns policy?

100% Hassle-Free returns. FREE returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. For Holiday purchases, returns will be extended for orders placed from November 20th to December 24th, 2017 and can be returned for FREE by January 26th, 2018. Prepaid shipping label included with every order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the PANDORA eSTORE US (estore-us.pandora.net), you can either return by mail or return in store. Please follow the below steps for returns.

Returns by mail -
a. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package and secure package for mailing.
b. Drop off package at your nearest UPS Store, UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet or UPS Customer Center. You will not be charged for return shipping.
c. Items purchased from PANDORA eSTORE US (estore-us.pandora.net), the official PANDORA Jewelry website can be returned by mail in the United States within 30 days of purchase. Please note you can return by mail only purchases made from the PANDORA eSTORE US. We will not accept any returns by mail for purchases made from brick and mortar stores.
d. All merchandise must be unused and in original condition.
e. Please indicate the quantity, item number and reason code on the above return form. Detach the return form and include it with the merchandise when you mail them back to us.
f. If you choose to use your own preferred method of shipping, use one that can be tracked and insured. PANDORA cannot reimburse the cost of shipping using this method.
g. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. However, your original shipping cost is not refundable.
h. PANDORA Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.
i. Returns will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of your item(s) by PANDORA. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.

Returns in-store -
a. Items purchased from PANDORA eSTORE US (estore-us.pandora.net) can be returned at PANDORA stores in the United States within 30 days of purchase. Find your nearest PANDORA store that accepts returns or exchanges at http://www.pandora.net/en-us/stores.
b. Items returned at a PANDORA store, a store merchandise credit will be issued only redeemable at the PANDORA store that processed the return. Refunds cannot be issued in-store for items purchased online.
c. You can exchange any item for another item of equal or greater value provided it is available in-store. However, your original shipping cost is not considered for exchange and is not refundable.
d. All merchandise must be unused and in original condition. Damaged/Defective items purchased online can only be returned by mail and cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
e. PANDORA Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.
f. Find your nearest PANDORA store that accepts returns or exchanges at http://www.pandora.net/en-us/stores.

2. What is your exchange policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the PANDORA eSTORE US (estore-us.pandora.net), you can either exchange by mail or exchange in-store.

Exchanges by mail -
a. Items purchased from PANDORA eSTORE US (estore-us.pandora.net) can be exchanged by mail in the United States within 30 days of purchase.
b. To exchange a product by mail, you must first return the item you wish to exchange by mail following the “Return by mail” instructions. You will receive an email notification once your original method of payment has been credited. You will only be credited for merchandise and not original shipping charges.
c. You will need to reorder a new item at PANDORA eSTORE US (estore-us.pandora.net).

Exchanges in store -
a. Items purchased from PANDORA eSTORE US (estore-us.pandora.net) can be exchanged at PANDORA stores in the United States within 30 days of purchase. Find your nearest PANDORA Store that accepts returns or exchanges at (estore-us.pandora.net/stores.)
b. All merchandise must be unused and in original condition.
c. Clearance / Sale items can only be returned by mail, they cannot be returned or exchanged in-store
d. You can exchange any item for another item of equal or greater value provided it is available in-store. Your original shipping cost is not considered for exchange and is not refundable

3. Can I return PANDORA Jewelry purchased using a gift card?

Yes, you can return PANDORA Jewelry purchased using a gift card. For gift card returns, you will be issued a new gift card of the same value of the merchandise returned. If your original method of payment was E-Gift card, you will be issued a new E-gift card of the same value of the merchandise returned. If your original method of payment was physical gift card, you will be mailed a new physical gift card of the same value of the merchandise returned to the original shipping address.

4. Can a gift recipient return PANDORA Jewelry?

Yes, a gift recipient can return merchandise. If the gift recipient returns the merchandise by mail, a credit will be issued to the original payment method, which the purchaser used. Please note that the gift recipient will not get the refund.

5. How long will it take to get my money back for my online return?

Returns will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of your item(s) by PANDORA. You will be receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.

As a retail business, our prices may change in response to trends, stock, and demand from the consumer. As such we are not able to refund the difference.
